Award-winning Scottish poet and author Dilys Rose discusses her latest collection of short stories, Sea Fret, at the Scottish Poetry Library. Book tickets now.

Join us for an evening at the Scottish Poetry Library with acclaimed poet and author Dilys Rose.

As well being an accomplished poet, Dilys is a formidable novelist and short story writer. She has published twelve books, including Unspeakable (Freight, 2017), a fact-based historical novel and Stone the Crows (Mariscat Press, 2020), a poetry pamphlet. Join Dilys as she reads from - and talks about - her new short story collection Sea Fret (Scotland Street Press, 2022).

“The stories have a steely rectitude and an uncompromising determination to face down humiliation and inequality … economical, moral and compassionate.” - Elizabeth Young, The Guardian

This is a free event. Please book your ticket via the link above.
