“With the trees they cut down they built dams

across streams,

In their houses called lodges the beavers

dreamt dreams.

Of dams and deep pools they could swim in

at night,

Because beavers love swimming, but they’re

scared of the light.”

Join author Adam Ramsay for the launch of his fantastic new children's book My Dad Brought Beavers Back, recounting, in rhyme, how Ramsay's father took on a rewilding project at their family estate to bring beavers back to Scotland.

Attendance is free with copies available to purchase.

Alternatively, pre-order My Dad Brought Beavers Back now on our website.

The picture book is suitable for 3-6 year olds.
